Contraindications for Deep Tissue Facial Massage
The treatment is not recommended if you have any of the following:

skin infections or inflammations
sinus or ear infection
a fracture or artificial joints in the facial or head area
implants in the facial area (e.g., cheek implants)
tumors or suspicious skin changes
cervical spine–related conditions
a recently experienced stroke

Injectable Treatments

After Botox injections, deep tissue facial massage is recommended only after 3 months, unless your doctor or healthcare provider advises otherwise.
When receiving injectable treatments, it is always advisable to ask the practitioner for guidance on when deep tissue facial massage can be safely performed.
